Company data partnerships
Get paid for the operating history you already own.
AI developers license a de-identified copy of how work moves through a company: email, chat, files, CRM, billing. They learn the shape of the work, not who your customers are. Companies with 20+ office staff are typically offered from $200K.
What could your records be worth?
Indicative range
$200Kto$390K
Indicative range, not an offer. A fixed offer follows a review of your systems and history.
- De-identified before anyone else sees it
- Audit a sample before it's shared
- Fixed price in writing before you commit
30min
First call. No data, logins or commitment.
14days
Your place is held. Nothing is binding.
120days
Until your raw upload is deleted.
2–3months
Typical time from first call to paid.
What it's used for
It learns the shape of the work.
Not your customers.
Every tool you run already handles its own piece. What no software has seen is the judgment that moves work from one system to the next. AI developers pay for that record, so agents can one day do the re-keying for you.
One ordinary job, five systems
01 · Email
A request comes in

02 · Scheduling
Someone books the job

03 · CRM
The record is updated

04 · Invoicing
The invoice goes out

05 · Chat
A detail is fixed, 3 days later
The dashed handoffs are what is being learned: who decided what, and how the work moved on.
What the model learns
- How a request becomes a decision, a job and a finished outcome.
- Where experienced people make judgment calls, and what they weigh.
- How exceptions get handled and mistakes get corrected.
- How information moves between systems never built to talk to each other.
What it does not learn
- Who any particular person is. Identifiers are transformed before anything is shared.
- Your customer list, as a list to sell or market to.
- Anything retrievable as a record. It is not a search index of your business.
- Your competitive position. Nothing in the result traces back to you.
Your business is one voice in a very large chorus. Models train across thousands of companies to learn what this kind of work looks like.
De-identification
Identities don't survive it.
The workflow does.
This is not a blanket redaction, which would black out the very connections that make a record worth anything. Sensitive material is removed, personal information is transformed, and you can check the work yourself before anything is shared.

- 1
Sensitive material is removed
Privileged and private conversations come out. Account and card numbers are never part of the deal.
- 2
Identities are transformed
Names, emails, phone numbers and other identifiers become consistent stand-ins, so the workflow still connects and no one can be named.
- 3
You can audit it
Ask to review a de-identified sample before anything is shared. If something was missed, it is fixed across the whole dataset.
- Nothing leaves your systems until the license agreement is signed.
- No passwords change hands. Your team exports copies; nothing in your systems changes.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest, handled by the fewest people needed.
- The raw upload is deleted within 120 days.
- Every AI customer is contractually barred from trying to identify anyone.
- Patient health information is handled by a certified healthcare data partner under a BAA.
The full operating record
The whole story, not one chapter.
A CRM export on its own is a spreadsheet. The email that changed the record, the invoice that followed and the correction two weeks later, connected, is what AI developers need. The more of these you run on, the more it is worth.

Who qualifies
You may already qualify.
Volume isn't the rare part. A connected, well-owned history is. These are the minimums for a full offer, and what companies like yours are typically offered.
The minimums
- 20+Full-time US office staff10+ for accounting firms, 6+ for law firms
- 3+Years of recordsStill accessible in your systems
- 5+SystemsEmail, chat, files, CRM, plus one more
- 50%+Team in the USMore than half of staff, by headcount
Your company owns the records in those systems.
What companies are typically offered
| Full-time US staff | Indicative offer |
|---|---|
| 20 to 49 | $200K to $500K |
| 50 to 149 | $400K to $900K |
| 150+ | $800K+ |
| Law and accounting firms under 20 | Quoted individually |
Indicative ranges, not offers. A fixed offer follows a review of your intake. No offer, value or transaction is guaranteed.
Four things set the number
01
People
Full-time staff in your systems today, and at your busiest. More people, more handoffs and decisions.
02
Years of records
Not years in business: years still accessible. Time brings seasons, repeats and exceptions.
03
Connected systems
One source is a spreadsheet. Six describing the same job is a workflow.
04
Volume
Deals, tickets, messages, invoices, calls. A dense record beats a big pile of loose files.
Smaller team? Not yet, honestly. Thresholds move as the program grows. Join the waitlist and we will tell you when they do.
Check if you qualifyHow it works
You know the number before you commit.
A few hours of your team's time, and no change to how you operate. Most companies are paid within 2 to 3 months of the first call.
- AAbout 1 to 2 weeks
Qualify and agree
A 30-minute call
One customer journey and the systems it crosses. No data, logins or commitments.
A letter that holds your place
Non-binding, with a mutual NDA. No price; for 14 days you just don't shop the data elsewhere.
A short intake
Systems, rough volumes, years of history, headcount. Rough numbers are fine.
One fixed offer, in writing
Price, systems and date ranges in a data license agreement. Your counsel reviews it. This is the only point of commitment.
- BAbout 4 to 6 weeks
Upload and de-identify
Secure upload
Within 10 days of signing, your team makes a one-time export of the agreed systems and date ranges, with step-by-step guides.
Review and sensitivity removal
Up to 45 days to check the data against your intake, remove sensitive material and transform identities.
- CWithin 30 days of your invoice
Get paid

One fixed amount, paid directly by the data partner. You keep your originals throughout.
No fee or commission
PayStreak Labs is paid by the data partner on top. Nothing comes out of your number.

You keep
- Your original data and systems, untouched
- 100% ownership of your company
- Say over which systems are included
- The right to walk away before signing
The data partner receives
- A filtered copy of the systems you agree to
- A license to use it for AI training and research
- Only records your company owns
- A 24-month commitment not to license the same data elsewhere
Who's behind it
Built by the team behind Revllama.
Revllama builds AI systems that work across CRM, email, calls and billing for revenue teams. We spend our days inside exactly the kind of records this program pays for, so we know what they are worth and how carefully they have to be handled.
- Same company, Tenet Labs LLC. Real people who answer the phone.
- We never touch your records. We qualify, guide and stay with you until you're paid.
- Paid by the data partner on top, never by you.
After you're paid
Put AI to work on the same workflows.
Once a deal is done, some owners ask us to automate the handoffs their records just described. Revllama's engineers build those agents as a separate engagement. It has no bearing on your offer, and you never need it to get paid.
Find out what your history is worth.
Rough numbers are fine. You see one fixed offer in writing before you commit to anything.
