Terms of use

These terms govern your use of https://paystreaklabs.com (the "Site") and the application form on it. The Site is operated by Tenet Labs LLC, doing business as PayStreak Labs ("PayStreak Labs", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. What the Site is

The Site describes a program under which a company may license a de-identified copy of its business records to an established data partner (the "Data Partner") for use in training, testing and research of AI models. PayStreak Labs provides information, an indicative estimator and an application form, and introduces applicants to the Data Partner. PayStreak Labs is not the buyer, does not make offers, and is not a party to any agreement between you and the Data Partner.

2. Estimates are indicative only

Every dollar figure on the Site, including the output of the estimator and any figure in an email from us, is an indicative range and not an offer, a quote, a valuation or a guarantee. A fixed offer, if any, is made only by the Data Partner in writing after its own review of your systems, history, volume, quality and rights. PayStreak Labs has no authority to bind the Data Partner.

3. Referral fee disclosure

PayStreak Labs is paid a referral fee by the Data Partner when a partnership completes. You never pay PayStreak Labs. The amount in your agreement with the Data Partner is the amount you receive. This disclosure is repeated in the application form and in the confirmation email, and we keep a record of when it was shown.

4. Applications

By submitting an application you confirm that you are authorized to do so on behalf of the company named, that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you consent to the application being shared with the Data Partner as described in our privacy policy. Submitting an application creates no obligation on you, PayStreak Labs or the Data Partner. Nothing is exported from your systems unless and until you sign a written agreement with the Data Partner that sets out the scope.

5. Do not send us company data

Our forms accept contact and sizing details only. Do not upload or send company records, exports, files, credentials, passwords, or personal information about other individuals through the Site or by email. If you do, we will delete it and may be unable to proceed with your application.

6. No legal, tax or financial advice

Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Questions about data rights, consent, notices and the legality of licensing your records in your jurisdiction are reviewed with you by the Data Partner during scope. Take your own advice before signing anything.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the Site by automated means, interfere with its operation, submit false applications, or use the Site to build a competing product or service. We may block access for abuse.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, its text, illustrations, wordmark and code are owned by Tenet Labs LLC or its licensors. Third-party product names and logos shown on the Site belong to their owners and are used only to identify the systems a company may already use; no endorsement is implied.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenet Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Site, including any estimate. Our total liability arising out of the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

10. Changes

We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Colorado.
