Who qualifies
You may already qualify.
Volume isn't the rare part. A connected history your company owns is. These are the minimums for a full offer.
20+
Full-time US office staff
10+ for accounting firms, 6+ for law firms
3+
Years of records
Still accessible in your systems
5+
Systems
Email, chat, files, CRM, plus one more
50%+
Team in the US
More than half of staff, by headcount
Your company owns the records in those systems.
What companies are typically offered
There is no sticker price. You see one fixed number in writing before you commit.
- 20 to 49 full-time US staff
- $200K to $500K
- 50 to 149 full-time US staff
- $400K to $900K
- 150+ full-time US staff
- $800K+
- Law and accounting firms under 20 full-time US staff
- Quoted individually
Indicative ranges, not offers. A fixed offer follows a review of your intake. No offer, value or transaction is guaranteed.
What sets the number
People
Full-time staff in your systems today, and at your busiest. More people, more handoffs and decisions.
Years of records
Not years in business: years still accessible. Time brings seasons, repeats and exceptions.
Connected systems
One source is a spreadsheet. Six describing the same job is a workflow.
Volume
Deals, tickets, messages, invoices, calls. A dense record beats a big pile of loose files.
Where records are richest
Any company with office work and history can apply. These are the industries where the fit is strongest.
Law firms
6+ staff
Privileged material is removed. What is kept is how matters moved, not what clients said.
Accounting and tax firms
10+ staff
Workflows, not client files. Specific client documents can be excluded.
Banks and lenders
20+ office staff
Account and card numbers are never part of the deal. Expect a longer legal review.
Construction
20+ office staff
The office record: bids, change orders, scheduling and invoicing. Field crews don't count toward the minimum.
Healthcare and dental
20+ office staff
Patient health information is handled by a certified healthcare data partner under a BAA.
Technology and consumer brands
20+ office staff
No dilution and a few hours of your team's time. Three or more years of records matters most.
Restaurant groups, D2C and HVAC
20+ office staff
Fixed price and a guided upload. A single location rarely qualifies.
Raising, exiting or a PE deal
Any size above the minimum
Turn records you already own into cash before the event. Payment is about 2 to 3 months out.
Not a fit yet, honestly
- Smaller teams. Below the minimums, offers are rare today. Thresholds move as the program grows; join the waitlist and we will tell you when they do.
- Field-heavy teams. Only office staff count. 200 field workers and 12 people in the office does not qualify.
- Less than three years of records. History is a large part of the value, and the years must still be in your systems.
- Teams mainly outside the US. More than half of staff must be in the US. Others, along with closed or sold companies and agencies, are reviewed case by case.
- Records you do not own. Data held for clients or licensed from a vendor under restrictive terms may be out of scope. Say so in the application and we will tell you quickly.
Not part of the program
- Staffing agencies
- Insurance companies
- Title and escrow companies
- Cannabis companies
- Franchisees whose franchisor owns the systems
- Defense and export-controlled work
What raises the number
- Records that carry outcomes: won or lost, resolved or escalated, completed or corrected.
- The same job visible across several systems, so the chain can be followed end to end.
- A mix of formats describing the same event: messages, calls, documents, records.
- Clean ownership, with nothing licensed from a vendor under restrictive terms.
