Question 1

Will our customers' or employees' names end up in an AI model?

Accepted Answer

No. Sensitive material, such as privileged or private conversations, is removed, and names, emails, phone numbers and other identifiers are transformed into consistent stand-ins before any AI developer sees a record. AI customers are contractually barred from trying to identify anyone. The model learns the shape of the work, not who did it.

Question 2

Can we check the de-identification ourselves?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can ask to review a sample of your de-identified data before anything is shared. If anything was missed, it is fixed across the whole dataset, not just the sample.

Question 3

When are we committed?

Accepted Answer

Only when you sign the data license agreement, and not before. The letter of intent after the first call is non-binding: no price, and it only asks you not to offer the same data elsewhere for 14 days while your offer is prepared.

Question 4

Do we share passwords or give anyone access to our systems?

Accepted Answer

No. Your own team exports copies of the agreed systems and uploads them with step-by-step guides. Nobody logs into your systems, and nothing in them changes.

Question 5

How much will we get?

Accepted Answer

There is no sticker price. Companies with 20 to 49 full-time US staff are typically offered $200K to $500K, 50 to 149 staff $400K to $900K, and 150+ staff $800K+. These are indicative ranges, not offers. One fixed price is set in writing after a short intake, and you see it before you commit.

Question 6

How does PayStreak Labs get paid?

Accepted Answer

By the data partner, as a referral fee on top of your price. Nothing comes out of your offer, and you never pay us.

Question 7

What exactly is being licensed?

Accepted Answer

A de-identified copy of your full operating record, for AI training and research: email, chat, files, CRM, calls, finance and work tools, for the systems and date ranges written into the agreement. Not your originals, not your systems, and not your company.

Question 8

Who is the buyer?

Accepted Answer

An established data partner that licenses de-identified operating data to AI developers. You sign with the data partner and it pays you directly: one fixed price, no broker, no commission, and you never negotiate with an AI company. PayStreak Labs is not the buyer.

Question 9

Do we lose access to our data?

Accepted Answer

No. Every export is a copy. Your systems and originals stay untouched, and you keep 100% of your company.

Question 10

Can we leave some data out?

Accepted Answer

Specific sensitive items, such as certain clients' files, can be excluded. Leaving out whole systems lowers the offer, because the value is in how the systems connect.

Question 11

What about health, financial or privileged data?

Accepted Answer

Privileged material is removed. Account and card numbers are never part of the deal. Patient health information is handled by a certified healthcare data partner under a BAA. HIPAA and legal questions are answered by the data partner's team.

Question 12

Can we license the same data to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Not for AI training, for 24 months. You can use your data any other way.

Question 13

How and when are we paid?

Accepted Answer

Once the data partner accepts the data, you invoice and are paid the agreed fixed price within 30 days.

Question 14

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Most companies are paid within 2 to 3 months of the first call: about 1 to 2 weeks to a signed agreement, 4 to 6 weeks for upload and review, then payment within 30 days of your invoice.
