Privacy policy

This policy explains what Tenet Labs LLC, doing business as PayStreak Labs ("PayStreak Labs", "we", "us"), collects through https://paystreaklabs.com (the "Site"), why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect contact and sizing details when you apply or ask for an estimate by email, we share applications with our data partner so it can review them, and we never collect your company's records.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

• Application: your name, work email, phone number, company website, industry, headcount (desk and non-desk), years of records, the systems your company uses, where the team is based, and any notes you add.
• Email me this estimate: your email address and the estimator inputs and range at the time.
• Consent record: the time you ticked the authorization and marketing boxes and the referral-fee disclosure text you were shown.

Information collected automatically

• Attribution: campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (such as utm_source), the referring site, and the first page you landed on, kept in your browser and attached to an application so we know which campaign brought you. No names or identifiers.
• Estimator usage: the inputs and range for each estimate, with no personal data, so we can see which sizes of company use the Site.
• Analytics: only if you allow it (see section 5), page views and button clicks through PostHog, with cookies. If you decline, no analytics script loads.
• Server logs: standard request logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

What we do not collect

Company records, exports, files, logins, passwords, or personal information about your employees or customers. Our forms do not accept them. If you send them anyway, we delete them.

2. How we use it

• To review your application and reply to you.
• To introduce you to our data partner (section 3).
• To send you the estimate you asked for, a confirmation, and follow-ups about your application.
• With your marketing consent, to send updates about the program by email, phone or text. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep a record of consent and the referral-fee disclosure, which we may be asked to produce.
• To understand which pages and campaigns work, in aggregate.

3. Sharing with the data partner

Applications are shared with our data partner. When you submit an application, we forward it in full, including your contact details, company details, estimator inputs, consent record and attribution, to the established data partner that reviews applications, makes written offers and pays companies directly. The data partner processes your information under its own privacy policy and agreements with you. PayStreak Labs is paid a referral fee by the data partner when a partnership completes; you never pay us.

4. Other service providers

• Resend delivers our emails, including applications and estimate requests forwarded to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts the Site.
• PostHog provides analytics, only with your consent.

Each provider processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. Cookies and consent

The Site works without cookies. The consent bar lets you allow or decline analytics; your choice is stored in your browser. Your theme preference and attribution are also stored in your browser (local storage) and never sent anywhere except, for attribution, with an application you submit.

6. Retention

Applications and consent records are kept for as long as needed to run the program and to document the referral-fee disclosure, and then deleted or anonymised. Email delivery logs are kept by Resend for a limited period. You can ask us to delete your application at any time (section 8); where the data partner already holds it, we will pass your request on.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with providers that use encryption at rest. Because we never hold company records or credentials, the scope of what could be exposed is contact and sizing details only.

8. Your choices and rights

• Opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or writing to us.
• Decline analytics on the consent bar, or clear your browser storage to be asked again.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@paystreaklabs.com. We respond within 30 days.
• Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR. We honour them on request.

9. Children

The Site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version here with a new date.
