A few hours from your team

Value from years of work.

Three phases, a few hours of your team's time, and one point of commitment. Most companies are paid within 2 to 3 months of the first call.

Phase A

About 1 to 2 weeks

Qualify and agree

  1. 1

    A 30-minute call

One customer journey and the systems it crosses. No data, logins or commitments.

  2. 2

A letter that holds your place

Non-binding, with a mutual NDA. No price; for 14 days you just don't shop the data elsewhere.

  3. 3

    A short intake

Systems, rough volumes, years of history, headcount. Rough numbers are fine.

  4. 4

    One fixed offer, in writing

Price, systems and date ranges in a data license agreement. Your counsel reviews it. This is the only point of commitment.

Phase B

About 4 to 6 weeks

Upload and de-identify

  1. 5

    Secure upload

Within 10 days of signing, your team makes a one-time export of the agreed systems and date ranges, with step-by-step guides.

  2. 6

    Review and sensitivity removal

Up to 45 days to check the data against your intake, remove sensitive material and transform identities.

Phase C

Within 30 days of your invoice

Get paid

  1. 7

    You're paid the agreed price

One fixed amount, paid directly by the data partner. You keep your originals throughout.

  2. 8

    No fee or commission

PayStreak Labs is paid by the data partner on top. Nothing comes out of your number.

What you keep, and what the data partner receives

You keep

  • Your original data and systems, untouched
  • 100% ownership of your company
  • Say over which systems are included
  • The right to walk away before signing

The data partner receives

  • A filtered copy of the systems you agree to
  • A license to use it for AI training and research
  • Only records your company owns
  • A 24-month commitment not to license the same data elsewhere

When am I committed?

Only when you sign the data license agreement, and not before. The letter of intent after the first call is non-binding: it carries no price and only asks you not to offer the same data elsewhere for 14 days while the offer is prepared. A mutual NDA keeps both sides' information confidential. Either side can walk away before the license agreement is signed.

What is in scope

Only the systems and date ranges written into the data license agreement. The full operating record is what is valuable: email and calendar, files, chat, calls and meetings (recordings and transcripts), CRM, finance, and work and operations tools. Specific sensitive items can be excluded; leaving out whole systems lowers the offer.

What your team actually does

  • One person joins a 30-minute call. No preparation.
  • Someone fills in the intake. Rough numbers are fine.
  • After signing, your team exports copies of the agreed systems and uploads them with step-by-step guides. No passwords change hands, and nothing in your systems changes.
  • If you want, someone reviews a de-identified sample before it is shared.

Hours, not weeks. Your systems keep running the whole time.

A word about lawyers

Licensing data for AI training is new, and most attorneys have not seen an agreement like this one. Expect questions, and expect some unfamiliar language even to very good counsel. That is a sign the category is young, not that something is wrong. We recommend your counsel reviews the agreement, and rights questions are answered by the data partner's team. We do not give legal advice.

Exclusivity

You agree not to license the same data for AI training to anyone else for 24 months. You can use it any other way, and you keep 100% of your company.

Is the estimate an offer?

No. The estimator gives an indicative range. One fixed offer follows a review of your intake, written into the agreement. You know the number before you commit.

Find out what your history is worth.

Rough numbers are fine. You see one fixed offer in writing before you commit to anything.
