Why we built this
Most companies have a decade of email, chat, documents, tickets and invoices sitting in systems they pay for every month. That history describes how real work gets done: requests, decisions, follow-ups, what was delivered and what it cost. AI developers need exactly that to build models that can do office work, and they pay for it.
The deal is simple once you see it: license a de-identified copy, keep your originals, keep working, and get one fixed price, in writing, before you commit. The hard part is trust. Owners want to know what leaves the building, what is removed, who signs what, and when the money arrives. So we built the site we would want to read before saying yes: thresholds up front, the process in steps with owners and timings, the data protection story in full, and an estimator that calls itself indicative because it is.
What we do, and do not do
- We estimate, qualify, guide and follow up. That is the PayStreak Labs side.
- Our data partner reviews, makes the fixed offer in writing, runs the secure upload and de-identification, and pays you directly.
- We never hold your company records, files or credentials. Our forms take contact and sizing details only.
- We do not give legal advice. Rights questions are answered by the data partner's team.
How we are paid
PayStreak Labs is paid by the data partner, never by you. When a partnership completes, the data partner pays us a referral fee on top. Nothing comes out of your offer; the amount in your agreement is the amount you receive. This is also written into the application and the confirmation email so there is never a question about it.
Who is behind it
PayStreak Labs is a brand of Tenet Labs LLC, the studio behind Revllama. Jake has spent his career building revenue and data systems for B2B companies, which is mostly a career of looking at other people's records and seeing the value in them.
